Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (laboratory research compounds), we maintain the following policy to protect product integrity and ensure fair treatment for all customers.
1. Non-Returnable Items
To protect product integrity once shipped, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. All sales are final once a package has been opened.
2. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you receive a product that fails independent purity/identity verification against its stated COA, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ascenyxbio.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review each case and, where warranted, offer a replacement or refund.
3. Order Errors on Our Part
If we ship the wrong item or quantity, we will correct the error at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping if applicable.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, our standard return terms above apply.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
