Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
A flat shipping rate of $14.95 applies to orders under $149. Orders of $149 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
3. Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in secure, unmarked, discreet packaging with no product names or contents visible on the exterior.
4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
5. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. after shipment, depending on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United States and only to verified addresses matching the billing information provided.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Ascenyx Bio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
